Message Server
The Mirapoint Message Server provides 99.999 % availability with exceptionally high performance. Users can access their email via WebMail from any desktop that has a browser, or via any standards based email client including Outlook. In addition to its email functionality, the Message Server also provides easy-to-use collaboration tools, including group calendaring, scheduling and address book.

RazorGate
Mirapoint’s RazorGate® email security appliance delivers unparalleled multi-layered protection from spam, virus and hacker attacks. It provides real-time updates to reduce the window of vulnerability resulting in airtight security at the edge of the network. The appliance form factor makes it easy to deploy with minimal ongoing administration.
Mirapoint’s multi-layered security starts with MailHurdle connection management technology. MailHurdle drops up to 80% of spam at the edge before network bandwidth, storage, processor and administration resources are spent. When combined with RAPID Anti-Spam and other protection mechanisms such as DNSBL, overall catch-rates upwards of 98% are achieved. RAPID is able to detect spam outbreaks in any language or message format as they emerge providing up-to-the-minute protection.
RazorSafe
If legal compliance compels your organization to retain all email messages, you may spend hundreds of thousands of dollars or more on archival software, servers and the storage necessary to retain all of the email messages, often including messages containing spam or other unwanted content. Some, faced with the potential costs of email archival simply adopt the dubious policy of purging all email beyond a certain date, putting the organization at even greater risk.
The RazorSafe archiving appliance passively and discretely copies all messages sent or received within an organization, indexes the messages and places them into a permanent archive. The message archive is backed up securely to tape and then deleted from the originating journal mailbox. Later, the RazorSafe's high-speed search capabilities allow reviewers to discover messages based on sender, recipient, subject, keyword and date range. Marked messages can be exported securely for review by legal or human resource representatives
RazorSafe works with all leading mail platforms including Mirapoint Message Server, Microsoft Exchange, IBM/Lotus Notes, as well as any POP3/IMAP mail servers.
Message Reporter
The Mirapoint Messaging Reporter is a valuable reporting tool that delivers a holistic view of spam, virus, and email trends across the messaging network. The Messaging Reporter simplifies the manual process of aggregating and analyzing security and traffic data contained in log files from two or more devices – including edge firewall, and email security devices as well as mail servers – allowing administrators to mine data from any given period of time for up to ten years. The Messaging Reporter also provides automated, centralized reporting of current and long-term historical activity, enabling true visibility into email traffic and security trends, and allowing administrators to more effectively plan and allocate resources.
